COMMON QUESTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS
Returns, refunds for store credit or exchanges are allowed on domestic US purchases only. Free gifts and discounted/sale items are non-refundable. Promotional items can be returned and exchanged for store credit. All international sales are final.
The item can be returned, refunded for store credit or exchanged if:
- item is in original condition, with all tags attached
- item has not been used, worn, damaged or washed
- you notify us within 35 days of receipt
- you have the order number
Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method or store credit. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if was applied), and depending on the return reason are subject to restocking fee (if you're not sure about the linen fabric color - please request free fabric samples)
We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any lost or damaged returned packages, so we strongly advise to choose mail service that provides tracking information and has included minimum insurance coverage.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Why do I have to pay for shipping when returning an item?
We work hard to provide you the best quality linen at most affordable prices, and therefore at this point in our business journey, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with free shipping on your return. We truly hope for your understanding and will continue putting maximum effort towards offering free shipping on all returns in the future.
We now offer Retrace option at check out, where for the price of $1.03 you can secure your free return for any return reason. We are also working on absorbing this fee in the nearest future.
What is Retrace?
For Retrace Customers, returned items will be refunded in full less the original cost of shipping (if it was applied).
How do I return my order?
To apply for a return, please make sure all return conditions are met.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll take care of you.
Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or store credit, within 10 business days (usually less).
Refunds will be in the form of original payment. Return shipping must be prepaid via a tracking method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
