Shipping Policy


NOTICE: At this time, Beflax Linen remains committed to your needs. We will continue fulfilling online orders to the best of our ability and all domestic orders will be shipped with priority. As we take appropriate precautions to minimize risk, we wish all the best for our customers, employees, and their families.

We offer discounted shipping rates that are on average 30-40% less expensive on all orders placed through and addressed within the United States.

Being a sustainable company we kindly ask to choose Ground shipping method to minimize carbon emissions (CO2e), however, we totally understand situations where you need to catch up with the fast path of life. 

Each national order has a handling fee of $2.50 to ensure our commitment to sustainable and reusable packaging. We are inviting you to be part of the future by presently taking care of our ecology. Inventive recyclable and reusable packaging from Limeloop is made from recycled materials, and can be used hundreds of times, before being recycled into a new one. It usually takes us 1 business day to process & ship your order. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification email. Estimated delivery time within US is 1-4 business days depending on your location. 

All orders placed after 12:30 pm EST will be shipped out the next day. Most carriers are not accepting packages on Sundays, so if you placed your order on Saturday after 3pm, expect it to be shipped the following Monday.

We strongly recommend to choose purchase protection Retrace option at check out, where for the price of $1.00 you can secure your free return for any return reason. We are also working on absorbing this fee in the nearest future.

There is no shipping services on any major US holiday:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th 
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Please note that if a package is rejected by the customer upon an attempted deliveries and eventually returned, the customer will be accountable for all additional shipping charges. 

We Do I have to pay for shipping when returning an item?

It depends. We now offer Retrace option at check out, where for the price of $1.00 you can secure your free return for any return reason. We are also working on absorbing this fee in the nearest future. So if you have purchase protection Retrace, then your return is free. If you don't have purchase protection Retrace, you're responsible for return shipping charges. But don't worry, reach out and we'll happily provide a return label at our discounted rates.


All international orders can be expected to have shipping delays as we cannot estimate the time it takes for delivery to pass through customs. It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


All purchases with shipping address within the State of Colorado are subject to State Sales Tax. There is no Sales Tax on any orders sent outside of State of Colorado or US.
